Is this adhesive optically clear? Can I use it to adhere a corrective lens to my scuba mask?

It's drys clear with a little gray or blackish color I'd think it would be fine on sides of the mask

that's a good question. I didn't think about that cuz i was using this glue on plastic surfaces not on circuits boards or copper wires. you may want to run a google search on this it might tell you.

can this be removed if I need to replace my cell phone screen protector?

Yes it can be removed. It's removed with heat just like the pre cut strips and the glue that your phone came with. The only difference is that with this liquid glue you will get a better seal by not having to compress any solids in a pre cut strip.
