Very nice good quality size is good less noise easy to use it’s beat prisy but worth it

A few minor things. It takes ages for the seal to snap shut on the halogen hob but much quicker on the induction. The valve guide isn’t level (green indicator)🤔 When you release pressure quickly food can vent out with the steam. This could be because it’s a very small size, less than the 2.5l stated. It’s perfect for two people who’re trying not to over eat😂 It needs constant attention to keep it in the green zone but again this could be because of its size. It’s not too much of a problem as food cooks quickly I would like to try one of the sauté pans which look great for making a chilli!

Good quality and easy to clean.

Whilst I was initially a bit wary of buying a pressure cooker as I'd heard stories about them exploding, I feel totally at ease using this product. The safety features are great. I've heard some people saying they don't like the steam release going sideways, but I haven't found that an issue and if anything it keeps the steam away from you. It cooks fast, really fast. I can make rice in 6 minutes, or cook a Dall curry using dried lentils in about 8 minutes. Also the pan is great for sautéing before you put on the lid, which means less washing up. As for washing up, it's a breeze to clean and takes seconds I was a little apprehensive about the price, but this really is a quality item. The only negative point is the cost of replacement gaskets. I always prefer to have a spare gasket around, but this will cost you around £25-£35. For us, as a busy family with young kids it's been a worthwhile purchase which we use frequently.

En una primera reseña, que titulé "Magnífica, pero...", comenté que la tapa metálica de la válvula de cocción me había llegado rayada, por lo que pedí me sustituyeran esa olla por otra igual. Ya me llegó, esta vez en perfecto estado a simple vista, y la he probado haciendo un buen cocido, por lo que ahora sí que puedo quitar el "pero" y dejar mi reseña en un simple y clarísimo "¡Magnífica!", porque eso es lo que es: preciosa de aspecto y mejor imposible en lo que se refiere a cómo funciona (segura, silenciosa, rápida...). Me alegro muchísimo de haberla elegido, aunque ya jugaba con la ventaja de conocer bien a la estupenda marca alemana Fissler: tengo una batería de cocina de su serie "Original Profi Collection", también magnífica y por idénticos motivos.

Den här fungerar som den ska. Först fick jag ett exemplar som hade fel på ventilen med färgband. Indikatorn med färger var sned när tryckkokaren var under tryck. Så jag fick returnera hela tryckkokaren och beställde en ny. Jag ger den 5 stjärnor ändå, kommunikationen med Fissler gick bra när jag upptäckte felet och returprocessen med Amazon var smidig. Jag hade redan en större variant av den här modellen och är mycket nöjd med hur den fungerar. Nu har jag två Fissler Vitavit Premium! Det är viktigt att läsa instruktionerna men jag lärde mig mycket genom att titta på videor på youtube. Jag rekommenderar den här produkten, den är till stor hjälp om man ofta kokar olika sorters linser och bönor.
