If it's the same size as those silicone wrist bands then yes. I'm pretty sure they one one that has it though **Q: How do you keep it closed?** A: Wear and tear, eventually as you use and keep it in your pocket and just stays close by itself. It still opens a wee bit but it would close on its own with just a little angle once you’ve used it for like a week. **Q: would this be uncomfortable in "back" pocket with chain?** A: not really, I have it connected with my car keys and multiple keys. About 8 keys with a bottle opener keychain.
