You should contact the manufacturer, two months is well within the warranty period. **Q: how do i raise a question with the manufactuer** A: Drop them an email. **Q: Could you use this as an under blanket electric blanket option also ? As it would be lovely and soft** A: You could do. But personally I wouldn't recommend you purchasing it. I bought it for my daughter. And while she was sat in bed with it on. She noticed smoke coming from it. I quickly unplugged it. And upon close inspection, I saw that the elements that heat the blanket. They had burned through the blanket. I dread to think what could of happened if she was asleep, so wouldn't of noticed the smoke coming from it. I think a few minutes longer and it would of caught fire. So my advice to you is to purchase another brand. Stay away from this particular one. **Q: Is the plug 3 prong or do you need an adapter** A: It’s a standard uk 3 prong. It comes ready to use. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft blanket *by D***G on 18 July 2026* Loved this blanket great colour great Quility and value for money ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what i needed *by K***N on 10 April 2026* love this, struggled to find a heated blanket that didn’t have a sherpa side as i hate sherpa, but this one is nice and soft on both sides. it’s a bit thin but keeps me warm. it automatically turns itself down after being on for certain period of time which is nice too ### ⭐ Loved it initially but very disappointed *by K***L on 12 April 2026* It broke within a few days.
