Prompt delivery Works well and pleased with the cleaning action, however, a pain having to press twice for the more robust cleaningfunction.

Second time I bought this toothbrush and second time it’s not working at all, does not turn on even after a full 24 hours of charging. Return process has been a nightmare. Had to send it to Italy and got rejected because address not found, even though I used the label from Amazon. Now 3 weeks later I have the product back and supposed to send it back to the same address on my costs, have paid more for shipping then the product itself.

The bristles on the head do not actually move so that you have to use it like an ordinary toothbrush. I showed my dentist who suggested that I went back to my original electric brush.

Toothbrush Failed Complete,y after 2 weeks. No resmonse from Amazon or seller. Sorry to add but many simialr reviews. Read carefull. Suggest Phillips instead

Je possédais l'ancien modèle qui a fait son temps. Ce nouveau modèle a une batterie qui tient beaucoup plus longtemps, presque deux semaines, et elle fait moins de bruit. Quant au brossage, il reste toujours très efficace, avec deux modes de pulsations. Seul petit bémol, elle est beaucoup plus lourde que l'ancien modèle. Probablement à cause d'une plus grosse batterie. Mais on s'y habitue très vite...

Elle n’a pas de minuteur pour s'arrêter automatiquement au bout de 2 mn sinon il n’y a rien à dire.
