Good quality and fits well!
I'm 5'4 and 160lbs so I was worried it wouldn't fit but the strings on the sides adjust very well! I even had a few inches of slack, so I'm sure it would fit someone a bit larger than me as well. If you are smaller than me you can tighten the stings to make it smaller. My only complaint is that the strings kinda look like shoe laces, so I might buy some ribbon to replace them. (I usually wear a size 8 or 10 in dresses if that helps)
