This is one of those supplements in which you are unlikely to experience any acute effects, but this considered to be an essential supplement by many health and longevity experts such as Dr. Brad Stanfield. TMG can support methylation, healthy homocysteine levels, and more recent research is showing benefits to athletic performance. Before Dr. Brad started selling his own supplement, he endorsed this brand, so I trust that it is good quality. On top of that, it is priced significantly less than similar products by less reputable brands.

This is amazing mixed with DoNotAge NMN powder! Stirs in to water perfectly+makes NMN work harder!
I love the way this powder mixes in water with the Pure NMN powder from DoNotAge.com ! It does not clump or sink to the bottom! Even in a 1/4 glass of water 2 scoops dissolve along with 2 scoops of NMN powder and stir almost clear quickly with a brisk stirring! Love it and it is very cost effective for a pure powder! I love ProHealth as I take their Hydrocurc Curcumin Liposomal caps......I found these through an amazing study.

high quality supplement
glad to found prohealth. i typically used bulksupplements which has been lower quality lately. i compared those 2 and prohealth is definitely what you would expect. not going into details why you need TMG, but it is a must for muscle building which is one of its many uses

Wonderful product thank you prohealth longevity! I used this in my morning protein shake and felt amazing compared to another brand that has made me sick this one is the real deal! I don't know it this helped me push so much when I went for my bike ride yesterday really good stuff highly recommended
