Nice quality, but I did it backwards :-/
I was sent this to test and it is extremely high quality. I should have referred back to the picture on the site though because I put the clay in the wrong side. It goes in the recessed section. Still, it worked the way I did it. Of course the clay would have imprinted easier had it been thicker and spread over a smaller area :-/ (my fault, not the manufacturers). Other than that, the instructions were very clear and were in writing and photos. No getting confused in that regard. The quality of the overall frame is excellent. I absolutely loved it. As for the preparation, kneading the dough takes some hand-strength, so people with arthritis will struggle with it. Add a little water and it was very maleable, spreading easily. The film covering the plexiglass removes on both sides. Overall, It took about 10 minutes to accomplish. As a consumer, I feel confident recommending as a gift because it is quite lovely. (I can't show the final product with photo because it isn't my child).
