Excellent vegan product
This product was a great find on Amazon! It’s not easy to find vegan products like this, and this one is outstanding. The ingredients are very high-quality, the expiration date is always far enough out to make online shopping practical, and the capsules themselves do exactly what they’re supposed to do without upsetting my stomach at all. They are a manageable size and very smooth and easy to swallow. I will continue to purchase this excellent product and recommend it.

Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids are important for many reasons (heart, skin, energy, etc) and this is an economical product. I trust Deva for high-quality, economical items that are always vegan. Saves me so much time in scrutinizing lists of ingredients! They offer a choice of another essential fatty acid supplement that addresses similar health concerns using more and differently-sourced ingredients at a higher price. I ordered it one time and it was good too. It is nice that choices exist between lower budget type offerings and other products for people who are able to spend more.

Flax Seed Oil for Eye Health
At the recommendation of my eye doctor, flax seed oil is beneficial to eye health as-well-as other body benefits. He recommended starting with one pill a day with food for the first week. This give your body a chance to adjust. From the second week forward, the doctor advised to take one pill in the morning with breakfast and one pill with the evening meal. He suggested flax seed oil along with Ocuvites 2 times daily for eye health.
