I've put a pair of toe/crease protectors in these ones, and fixed the problem. Had these ones 6 months and they still look new. They're super comfortable with the arch fit, slip rated sole, and as non slip as Crocs Lock. Very similar looking sole. And as an added bonus, they make you an ince taller. I'm 6ft at work 😁.
