Rip Van Dark Chocolate Wafer Cookies - Healthy Snacks - Non GMO, Keto, Low Carb, Low Sugar (2g), Low Calorie and Vegan, 16 Count

I absolutely LOVE these snacks - I have tried both the Dark Chocolate and Vanilla. Dark Chocolate is so yummy - the Vanilla is tasty, but it does have somewhat of a gritty filling compared to the Dark Chocolate which is creamier, and the Vanilla has more of a buttery flavor then actual vanilla flavor/taste, but I do like them. Since being diagnosed as pre-diabetic, these are a perfect treat, and I can carry one in my purse when eating out instead of ordering a super sugary dessert. They hit that sweet tooth craving... HOWEVER!!!! Amazon ships them in an ENVELOPE lately, and they arrive crushed and inedible! WHAT are they thinking?! These are not inexpensive by any means, and it's gross negligence on their part. SHIP THEM IN A BOX!!!! PLEASE! Thankfully Amazon refunded my purchase, but I REALLY wanted the snacks in tact. So, I do recommend the product, and rated the product accordingly, but AMAZON needs to consider these are fragile (they are wafers after all) and stop shipping them in envelopes from crying out loud. I would rate Amazon shipping a 1 star for this, but the product itself is great.

A great low calorie and sugar snack. The dark chocolate is the kind that is slightly sweetened. Perfect for real dark chocolate fans. The light crispy layers add texture and crunch. It is large enough to satisfy an afternoon pick me up, but small enough to not ruin your appetite later. Only one gram of sugar keeps it on the healthy side and individually sealed so I can keep them in my bag or desk.

These waffers were fresh. The chocolate is pretty good for low sugar. The vanilla doesn’t taste bad just very little flavor. They are nice and crisp and do the trick for a low sugar treat.

These wafer squares are amazing. They are a bit pricy but my husband and I think they are worth it. One is just enough for a small before bed. The have a little more fat but the sugar is extremely low. This is my personal opinion. Everyone should try them and decide for yourself.

I am very happy with these dark chocolate keto wafers. They taste delicious. I normally don't eat sweets and eat low carb but when I saw that these were just two grams of sugar and has five grams of fiber I wanted to try them. They are also 5 net carbs if on keto and need to satisfy a sweet tooth. I love the convenience of single packs which makes them easy to stick in a pocket or in my purse for travel but also keeps you from overindulging when they are singly wrapped. They definitely satisfy a sweet tooth when I get to craving something sweet. And they are delicious. I am very happy with this purchase.

Good flavor, low sugar, all of the perks of a "healthy" snack. 27% of your daily recommended saturated fat intake in one snack. This is a pretty serious trade off for a snack that's "heart healthy" according to Amazon's search algorithm. This will directly continue to your LDL. Proceed with caution.

Great cookies - 5g of fiber and low sugar. These cookies are crisp, fresh and tasty. I buy them a lot. I love the dark chocolate filling I used to be able to get them in a “mini” size, which were perfect to add to my lunch.

Oooh, these are so good. They are the perfect size for a small treat and definitely worth having around for that 'I need chocolate' moment.
