I read the vegan recipe and it said ground flaxseed and water. That seemed the natural step and the recipe for an egg so there you have it. I put in whatever measurement of powder into a dish add the proper water and let it sit after I’ve stirred it Then I complete the recipe and I have beautiful chocolate chip cookies. This is good and bad because becoming vegan, for moral reasons, I also lost a lot of weight and thought I had lost all the lovely treats I used to have. Well, I didn’t lose chocolate chip cookies and now I have to be on a harm reduction program to not make them too often because I am addicted to them. I could not have achieved the success without this product.

This flax seed is a great addition to my spices cabinet. I usually add it to my favorite shake or even sprinkle a little over my dinner. It’s really a great supplement if you’re looking to add some much needed fats/fiber to your diet. The best part is a spoonful goes a long way.

I like the flack seed in my oatmeal if I eat in the mornings. I had been getting it at Aldi's but they were out until today when I got it for $2.68 so I saved a little. It's great for the digestive system as far as getting enough fiber and some omega 3's.

I like the flax seed is packaged in similar spice twist top container which I like. The zip lock plastic bags don’t always seal well. Easy to shake on food.
