I LOVE this flax powder! Already ground, with NO fishy taste! Excellent way to get your Omega 3's in. Organic and pesticide-free, too! I sprinkle this on most everything- pasta, peanut butter, cereal- even sometimes in my dog's food! Hard to find without the fishy taste of most flax seeds!

I've started putting this in almost everything I cook or blend. It’s perfect for fruit smoothies (a great way to use fruit before it spoils is to freeze it), protein shakes, tri-tip, soup, potatoes, ground beef, cupcakes, and brownies. I even use it as an egg replacer! Even if you aren't plant-based, if you’re cooking and realize you’re out of eggs—boom—this saves you a trip to the store. It bonds the food perfectly and keeps it moist. Since I've started incorporating it into everything, I've noticed I feel better every day and my morning routine in the restroom is much easier. It's flavorless, so you can't taste the seed itself, but when I add it to food with other seasonings, it actually seems to enhance the flavor. I’ve never had flax seed come in a container like this before, but I like it so much that I'll never order it any other way. I'm a customer for life!

This is definitely a size container where you won't need to buy any flaxseed for awhile. The quality of the flaxseed itself is great, but the container's flippy lid could use a little work, but other than that I have no complaints. It does what it's supposed to do. I like the consistency of it and my stomach has no issues digesting it.

I got this ground flax thing to put in my bread flours and I don’t regret it because it adds a little bit of extra healthiness to your breads and not to mention the good flavor almost a nutty flavor.
