Cinda Clothing Flower Qi Pao/Chinese Dress

I wanted a dress for my nearly 6yr old, who is a little small for her age. I nearly got her a size 6-7, but was worried it would be huge for her, so in the end got a 5-6 - it was huge on her. The dress itself is lovely and so pretty that I gave it to my niece instead of returning it. The Cinda label said 5-6yrs, but the actual dress label said 10, so I wondered if it had been mistakenly labelled, as all the other reviews I've read for these Qi Pao dresses say the fit is just right. Luckily, on the Cinda website the measurements are given for each dress size, and these seem to be accurate as I nervously ordered a 2-3yrs dress based on those measurements and it fits perfectly (this dress label says 6, so I think the Cinda labelling might be a little off). All in all, I'm very happy with the dresses - the first one was red, the second baby pink, both gorgeous - they are really good value for money, and the sweet little purses that come with them are the icing on the cake, but would recommend that you visit the Cinda website and check sizing before ordering.

The picture doesn’t do it justice. Lovely quality for the price. My 7 year old is quite slim but her size fit well with little room to grow so I would recommend sizing up worried about fit. I have added my own photo as the colour advertised is very different to what we got. I don’t mind the colour but something to be aware of. Bought for a school theme day, I would recommend.

I bought this dress for my daughters China day at school. The fit was perfect. She's a tall 9 year old who wears 11-12 clothes and the 11-12 fitted perfectly. The dress looked beautiful however 2 of the press studs came unsewn and the material ripped slightly as she had to sit crossed legged in the dress and there is no stretch. A little sewing and it will be perfect again. The dress arrived next day

Bought bigger size so there was lots of room for growth so will be able to be worn next year for Chinese New Year

The dress is really nice. I was happily surprised by it. The only thing is that after 2 hours it started getting damaged on the patterns. Threads were coming out of the fabric and my daughter wasn't doing crazy things with it. When I saw that I got disappointed as paying 12 pounds for 2 hours is a bit expensive....

My very blonde child loves wearing this dress to parties. It's shiny, pretty and feels silky.The only thing I'd like to address is the loop at the top of the collar. I think this would be much better elasticated.
