Such a great product. I’m really happy I bought all the strengths because I can move my way up from super soft to firm. I initially bought these because I was hoping it would help with some finger pain I was having from writing and just typing away on my computer. It has helped me gain strength. The pack even comes with a couple of exercises to do. 10/10 would buy again.

I initially thought the extra soft would be too easy but it is the perfect starting point for someone with hand osteoarthritis. The material is non sticky and when placed inside the container, it self levels back to its original “like new” shape. I can’t speak on longevity, as I’ve only used them for a few days but so far so good.

I use this therapy putty for stress relief. Before my recent retirement, (49 years in Healthcare with the last 5 working remotely), the frequent meetings were occasionally a source of frustration. I would often use the putty during these times to reduce the irritation - example: spending 30 minutes on the lunch and break schedule for our small department of 5 people. The putty took a bit of abuse that day. LOL Pulling the putty is relaxing to me. I would also use it when my hands were tired from typing on the keyboard for hours at a time. As therapy putty, the purpose is to improve hand strength and dexterity. It can be used by people with different abilities. My sister in law has MS. She has used this to help her hand mobility. You will want to store the putty in a container, particularly if you have children or pets to keep the putty free from dirt or pet hair. I purchased this as a gift for each one of my co-workers when I retired. My former manager shared that she uses hers daily.

I like that it came with 4 different color of resistance to choose from making it ideal for progressive rehabilitation. Plus it doesn’t make your hands greasy plus your hands won’t smell which is important.

Looks good, works well, but smells weird out of the package. Hopefully it dissipates after I use it for a bit

The four colours are 4 levels of strength required to build up your hand during physiotherapy. This is what I have been using after I broke my hand. This is the same type of putty used where I go for physio.
