A very good product with a myriad of useful exercise exercises. You will indeed receive four separate therapy putty containers: extra soft, soft, medium, and firm.I have two broken wrists and I’m doing using the yellow at this time. It is the extra soft. I am looking forward to increasing my hand & finger strength with the variable strengths of the puddy. I would not recommend any smaller portions. These are each 3 ounces which is perfect for an adult. I am adult female and have a rather medium, to large hands. I am looking forward to graduating to the firm after a few weeks time! No smell, not sticky, unless of course you have a silicone wedding band… It will adhere to the puddy!

Good quality putty! So long as you keep it in the small individual containers and store them in the lager container, they keep really well after months.
