Perfectly fitting spare part

Ordered oversized spindle
Wanted to order a spindle for repair of leakage in the jaguar water tap. Due to oversight 28 mm size has been ordered in place of required 22 mm. Now this spindle is completely useless to me. I tried to return it but there is no provision refund but replacement with the original part only. Bad experience, though due to my own mistake. Thanks 🙏🏼
