FIRST USE: on an induction hob ... set off on level 3 to warm pan (with oil in) ... turned up to 4 after few minutes...then added bacon rashers and mushrooms.... ... I cooked on between 4 and 5 (of 9 possible heat settings).... ... it took longer possibly to cook the bacon how I like it BUT...no spitting and splashing ... cooked great ... NO STICKING to pan... AFTER USE: ... I let cool down ... cleaned with hot water and washing liquid and soft brush ... most stains off after first go ... then I simply let it soak wth some washing up liquid after ... and repeated.... Result: like new...great so far.
