Excellent coffee organic and clean
Great taste smooth and no bitterness for a dark roast! No mold or pesticides going into my body!great value for the money I have not seen any other brands for less than Jim’s Organic Coffee! I love grinding the beans and getting a smooth cup of coffee!

Awesome four pourover
We normally do pourover or use our moka and We can say this is probably the best coffee. When you buy from a local roaster you know you are getting quality coffee , so buying from amazon you kind of get what you get. This coffee is so smooth and when you pourover bloom looks like a brownie you know its gonna be an awesome brew. Love this coffee 100%

An all around excellent coffee
I am selective about my coffee. I only drink organic to avoid fungicides and I grind my own. I do not like bitter coffee and this coffee has just enough acidity to make it come alive without a strong bitter aftertaste. Also as a medium roast it does not have a burnt taste. The flavor and mouthfeel are excellent. This has become my daily cup of brew.
