With these tuning pegs, does anybody else have an issue with the middle pinion being very loose? I'm not sure if this was intended or not.

I have that problem.. Its just loose but it doesn't affect the tunnin in any way... The price says it all tho.. I went to guitar center and they would charge me almost 100$ for exact same thing

Is this turners key fix to my Ibanez bass guitar is 6 strings?

You would have to investigate the size of your tuning peg, mine are the common size or standard 9/16 inch (14mm). My bass is a Cort C5Q and the tuning pegs fell very well. I did not have to enlarge the holes

The outside diameter of the sleeve that fits into the head stock is 13.5 mm. The shaft length from the outside of the gear housing is 30~31 mm. Requires 9/16" peghole. Thanks,musiclily
