love this chair
for what you get i think this chair is great value compared to other chairs in its league. i love the attention to detail with the leather and sticking and i love how it keeps my back aligned. i use this chair for several hours a day, i think its worth the investment.

Don't waste this much money!
I, like many gamers/office employees, thought that I should consider paying a premium for the chair I spend most of my life in. I wanted to know that time and effort had been placed into creating something that was more than just a cool looking bucket racer chair. I bought this chair thinking it would be ergonomic and of an incredibly high quality. It does seem like the chair is built well, except for the casters which make a scraping sound and resist rolling. The ergonomics also might be there if I was a more narrow person. Which leads to my problem, the customer service from Vertagear.I bought this chair on good faith from the few reviews I could find because there is nowhere to try it out in person. When I received the chair and sat in it for the first time, it was immediately apparent this wasn't a chair designed for me. I weigh less than the limit for this chair but have large thighs, this leads to my weight resting on the sides of the chair, which is essentially the metal frame underneath mesh material. I tried to see if I would get used to it and it simply led to pain from sitting in the chair. When I contacted Vertagear for a return (only a few days after receiving it), I was pointed to their return policy which required I pay shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee. I bought this chair on sale for $615 and that would still have been around $250 to return the chair to them. I think, for that much money, you're better suited going to an office furniture store and actually sitting in the chairs to try them out, then buy whatever works for you for a fraction of this outrageous price. If you absolutely must buy this chair, try to do so from a third party retailer who will allow you to return it without paying the price of a non-gaming office chair in fees and shipping in case it doesn't work out for you.

For a chair at this price I expected better quality control 2) It sits kind of high even ...
Taking one star off because of couple issues:1) Mine had a couple cosmetic blemishes in the leather and paint. For a chair at this price I expected better quality control2) It sits kind of high even at the lowest height adjustment - my wife is 5 feet tall and her feet can't touch the floor at this setting. So if you are a shorter person this can be an issue. We replaced the casters with smaller ones - took it down another 3/4 inch, which is about the most you can lower it before center of the base touch the ground. Vertagear's website shows all the dimensions of how much you can adjust various heights/angles.3) had some chemical smell when first took it out of the box - which did go away after a few days but made me worry about VOC'sDespite these issues - this chair is very comfortable. I tried a few $1000+ name brand chairs in the store; this is just as comfortable and has as much back support as most of them. Definitely has helped with my back issue and why I gave it 4 stars. Also, if you are not in hurry Vertagear's website seem to give out coupon codes on many holidays so you can save even more money.

Two Stars
The back rest adjustment is too loose to actually put any pressure on.

Buy this now!
I LOVE this chair. Not the cheapest on the market and they name it geared to gamers but I would argue this is more an office chair.Have had this for a few days now and suffer from lower back problems from time to time. It was recommended that I get something with good lumbar support. After trying this in a store, I was hooked and came right home to buy it (was cheaper here and I didnt need to deal with picking it up). This chair offers a ton of flexibility in its configuration compared to most chairs. This allows you to find the right setup for you without it being a generic chair that goes up/down and thats about it.If you have any sort of back issues I would recommend this chair for you.

Very comfy and modern office (and gaming) chair
At first, I thought £629 was far too high for a chair, but after a lot of thought -- it's a great investment, considering I spend most of my time sat on an office chair. It also comes with a 10yr warranty.I wouldn't personally call this a gaming chair, more a stylish and very modern office chair (which you could also game on). My office is also my gaming space, so it's the perfect solution. It looks amazing, it's built like a tank, and is very comfortable.

いいPCチェアだと思いますよ…?
フルメッシュのPCチェアが欲しかったので高かったですが購入しました。座り心地は良いですね。あんまり聞かないメーカーさんだけど…有名なのかな?

Did not last i’ll never buy another chair from this company again
The media could not be loaded. I have had this chair since end of July 2018. The chair just broke 2021 01-02. Chair has barely lasted just over 2-1/2 years. Will never buy another chair from vertagear agin.

A great incentive to stand up
Before making the large investment on this chair, I done my research and found a plethora of positive information on the chair. Its unfortunate that there was nowhere I could trial sitting on the chair beforehand. Here's my info if it helps anyone:I'm gonna start with the cons because no matter how good the pros are, these cons make it not a good purchase or even a good chair IMO:Cons:0.5. The cost, for what you get...I was fully aware of the cost and had a hard time justifying the investment on a chair but I wanted something that would be comfortable and last years. At worst, I expected I would just have an expensive version of the cheap mesh chairs. I actually think its more uncomfortable long term than even the cheapest. There comes a point every hour or so that you seriously have to get out the seat for the pain it is causing on your legs.1. There is a solid, hard plastic rim surrounding the seat suspending the mesh. I am 6ft tall and weigh around 90kg, yet I still feel my upper legs on this solid rim more than I do the mesh. Its like sitting on an oversized toilet seat and your legs go dead just as such when sitting on it for anything longer than a hour.2. The width of the seat and afore mentioned rim feels far too small and the arm rests do not adjust outwards. I am average build but the mesh, though seemingly comfortable and hard wearing, allows you to sink between the rim resulting in your legs being pushed together. if you forget about that whilst sitting on it, you are swiftly reminded when the pain starts setting in.3. There is no tilt on the seating panel itself, I feel that this could have resolved all the issues, if you could distribute your weight better over the mesh then maybe your could get off the rim of the chair. As you cannot, I feel it sits quite high in the front, accentuating the pain further up your legs as it forces all your weight back onto the...you guessed it, solid plastic rim.4. The seating part slides forward and back however, the arm rests do not, so if you slide the seat fully forward, the armrests start about mid forearm for me. Unfortunately, this is the only way I can bring myself to sit on the chair long enough to do anything at my pc. The arm rests in general feel like they come from one of the earlier mentioned budget mesh chairs. The adjustment that they do have is minimal and frustratingly clunky to use. You simply pull them up plastic notches, but pull too far and you go back to the start like you're playing a platformer game from the 90's.5. There was a patch of unpainted metal on the base above one of the wheels, noticeable but not something I would normally care about...unless I was paying hundreds of pounds ofcourse. I hate bringing this point up even because if I was reading it I would think "this guys just trying to extend the cons list" but pulling it out the box and seeing a partially unpainted piece of your "hundreds of pounds" chair was like watching your older brother unwrap the present you wanted at Christmas time.Overall, I wouldn't buy this chair again, even if it was selling for half the price. I think any chair at half the price would be more comfortable given that it would still be a relatively expensive office chair at that. I strongly regret not sending it back in the first week.Pros:1. Its so uncomfortable that it gives you an incentive to stand up every hour and stay on the move.2. Okay, more seriously, its solid - The thing feels sturdier than any office chair I have sat on. No creaking or movement which is a massive pro for me. I can see it lasting a long time, although I am not too sure how happy I am about that point given the discomfort, ill still want to get my moneys worth no matter the discomfort. 3. The controls on the arms, if you are thinking about buying this chair then you know about the controls and they are everything they say, easy and just make sense. Every office chair should do this.4. lumbar support - great back rest and ability to change torque of back rest works great. Smooth reclining and holds the reclined position to your weight when adjusted correctly. The mechanism for this is solid metal so hopefully lasts too, although I have seen that this has failed for some people. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen to me.
