Great radio. Slim,compact, easy to operate as it's basic. Great sound. Very pleasantly surprised and really enjoying it. Thinking about getting another one. Operates as plug inor on batteries. Perfect.Update:Now that I’ve had this radio since January, it’s gone downhill. It’s a radio and this shouldn’t happen. AM reception is really now nonexistent because the AM button does not stay in place. The volume dial doesn’t function that well either. It’s very disappointing. I’d like a refund. I wish I had stayed with a name brand like Sony or Magnavox. Radios and their components have been around for how long? And this one is only partially operational and poorly at that.

I got this LEOTEC Portable AM/FM Radio for my husband for Christmas and he actually uses it every day — which says a lot!Right out of the box the reception was much better than we expected. We don’t get great signals in our area, but this radio pulls in stations clearly, both AM and FM. The big tuning knob and clear dial make it easy to find stations, even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy.The speaker is bigger than it looks and the sound is clear and loud enough for everyday listening. It’s not a hi-fi system, but for a little radio it does a solid job.The dual power option (batteries or plug-in) is super handy, we keep it plugged in most of the time but can grab it and take it anywhere without fuss. The earphone jack is a nice touch too if you want quieter listening.Overall, this radio does exactly what it’s supose to do.

I appreciate the digital tuning feature at this price point. However two issues. And these issues will result in me not using this radio for a longer period of time. Because they're quite annoying. The first is the reception. I have channels bleeding into each other and although the tuner is digital and you have it set precisely on the actual station frequency it is not clear. And this is for local stations and when I say local I mean within 5-20 miles. The second annoying feature about this radio is your inability to customize your station presets. It will simply scan through the entire bandwidth from the low numbered stations all the way up through 107 for FM. And what happens is it doesn't have enough storage space for all of the stations that it may hit. It automatically stops at each station but has a is interpreted as a strong signal and will save it sequentially as it moves through to the higher numbers. You will not get all the stations you might get halfway through the bandwidth and then there's no more memory. You can't start it halfway through or go back and edit them to free up space so you can add more in. So you're constantly having to tune the radio with the large tuning dial. Little feature is nice but the volume output is very low and that's with the volume on my phone at max. I'm using an iPhone 14. The tone is what you would expect from lower end plastic portable radio. Think transistor radios if you're from that generation. Good for mid range (talk radio) but no defined low end and lack of defining treble at the high end when listening to music. Clarity is absent. But, you get what you pay for.

This is a great portable radio - stylish with good, clear sound. I liked the first one so much, I ordered another one a few days later. Already dropped one on the floor, still works great. Excellent reception, I live in a rural area and was concerned as to whether I would even have decent reception here. Zero issues so far. Really good value for the money. Highly recommend.

El sonido en a.m. y f.m. es bueno y claro a nivel bajo a medio. El Bluetooth no me recibió bien la señal y se escuchaba bajo el youtube. La memoria del radio no se pierde siempre que este conectado a la corriente. Pero se oye un ligero sonido al apagar la radio.

En mi experiencia en el uso del equipo de radio pudiera ser por la zona en que me encuentro en la Cd de Villahermosa Tabasco el equipo pierde la calidad de sintonia lo que ocasiona que el volumen. Sea bajo
