For the price this is among the best camcorders I have ever used and this camcorder has additional features including Wi-Fi and supports a HotShoe and external mic input which so many do not support. This makes it an excellent camera for recording and using a local lapel mic which is included or a boom mic or wireless mic to make sure your voice is loud and clear. The resolution and 1080p at 30fps is decent and better that most camera's at the same price point, though I will say with the latest next generation smartphones they do higher quality video but they also cost a lot more. Another feature I found fantastic is this camera supports external lenses, so I went ahead and bought a Seree Macro and Seree 2x Telephoto lens to test them out with this camera and they worked like a charm. Without a macro lens you really have to keep the target you are filming about 2' or greater distance away, with the macro lens you can do very close up shots and the telephoto lens was good for when I go to the beach and want to see if I can record some dolphin pods. Overall, this model is the better of the Seree models I have used, it doesn't have IR Night Vision like the S14 does, but the 30fps at 1080p is much better than the S14 model and this one gets a higher recommendation.

This is a horrible camcorder. The software's old outdated And not very user friendly. The picture quality is horrible, Sound is horrible. This camcorder should cost 35 to 40 bucks Max, I highly recommend no one buy this product.

Saw this camcorder and wanted to give it a try. Wow! I believe this camera shoots good video for the price. Obviously, this product can't be compared to a pro camera for business use, but the quality is there with the 24 mega pixels! I tested my rode mic and it works great! Also, I used my small video monitor with HDMI connect without any issues. You can get nice HD footage for wide shots and edit in post production so it is useful for vacations or behind the scene footage at events/parties. Highly recommend this camera for the price and the quality is not bad at all. The focus is not great when zooming in but also not a deal breaker at all. I would definitely buy two if I wanted to! I'll keep my eyes on this brand because the value you have at the price could easily be more expensive with another brand. Not for a solo professional business where their client is paying $1,000's for the project but this camcorder can be used as a backup in well-done lighting or a low-budget project. Perfect for beginners or vacations!

I bought this for my daughter because she just started making youtube videos. The picture and video quality is pretty good. Sound quality is also good. The only issue I have is the mic that comes in the bundle. The mic is a small mic that you clip to your shirt it is not the one pictured and when you use it the videos come out with alot of static. My recommendation is don't bother with the mic the sound is good without it.

One star for price, one star for useability and one star for decent customer support. But this is not an HD camcorder. It's functional and the dimensions are right (1920 x 1080p), but there is little detail to the picture. I recorded my girlfriend's face from various distances, lighting and zoom levels and there was very little detail in her skin at any setting. Also tried with wood grain of a table, etc. The camera also takes pictures that can't even match the quality of my phone at half the MPs. I'm sure it's fine if you're not expecting too much and/or bought it because it's a cheap option. I've personally returned it for something more expensive and am happier with the quality. Customer support was better than the product, they were hassle-free and readily refunded my payment and shipping costs when they recieved it back.

I had expected a decent quality camera and I received this. It had a very cheap looking set up and you had to plug in a small ghetto mic to be able to hear any audio because the camera did not have a mic built in, also when mic was plugged in it was very scratchy sounding and you could not hear anything.. It seemed like a good camera because of the high megapixels, WiFi, and price but on the other hand it was hard to function the WiFi wouldn't set up and I'm pretty the amount of megapixels is a lie because the camera quality did not seem like any 24.0 megapixels. My iPhone 6 front camera looks better than this.

This is a very good product especially for the low price. The functions are very simple and it's a quality product for those who don't want to pay a lot of money. The customer service was excellent. The company contacted me two days after receiving it and asked me if I had any questions which I did concerning the wifi connection. They advised me to download their app for the camcorder. I am well pleased. This is a trustworthy company. Also the microphone works very well with it. I actually purchased an additional long cord so it could be a longer feed since it's short. The only thing, if any, is that the battery doesn't seem to have long life. You will definitely have to recharge it back up after 1.5 -2 hours of recording. I imagine they are inexpensive to purchase, so I will purchase an additional two batterries and keep them charged up with me to avoid having to wait on one to charge up if I am using the camera. Do not doubt this product. Happy recording!

For the price it's a great camera. Easy to use and the wi-fi phone app also works great. I recommend this camera.
