I bought this yoga block for my child's physical therapy sessions, and it's been quite helpful. The non-slip surface provides excellent stability during exercises, which is crucial since my child practices barefoot. The colorful design makes it more appealing for kids too. I really appreciate how it's the perfect size for small hands to grip during stretches, and while being lightweight, the firm yet comfortable foam supports different poses wonderfully. The only slight drawback is that the 4-inch height is a bit tall for my child's foot positioning in some exercises, though this might vary depending on the child's age and size. I ordered these yoga blocks and was really disappointed with the quality. One of them arrived already damaged, with dents and cracks on the surface. For something that’s supposed to support you during yoga practice, this makes me feel like they won’t last long or be reliable.
