Works as it should for multiple fingerprints. Unless you were good about regular battery charging, I would not store anything you’d need in a hurry because when the battery needs to be charged it is unresponsive. Has only happened once in six months and it worked as soon as I plugged it in so really not a big deal.

Completely Unreliable. Do Not Trust This Device.I have only had this device for a few months, and it has been finicky from the start. It often required multiple fingerprint scans just to open. A few days ago, I locked my kids’ phones inside. Yesterday, it refused to open at all.The device clearly recognized my fingerprint because the light turned green, but the actuator failed to release the latch. Even worse, there is no manual backup method for opening it. That is a completely unacceptable design flaw for a product meant to secure important belongings.I called the support number, but no one answered. The voicemail sounded more like someone’s personal cellphone than a legitimate customer support line. With no way to open the device and no support available, I had no choice but to break it open with a hammer.Thankfully, the top is basically made of cardboard, so it did not take much effort. This product is unreliable, poorly designed, and backed by nonexistent customer support. I would not trust it with anything important.

This thing is great for keeping small valuables safe. The fingerprint feature works fast and makes it super easy to open. It’s sturdy, portable, and perfect for travel or keeping things tucked away at home. The green color looks really nice too.

Smooth operation but flimsy construction. Metal one is plain aluminum and easy to dent. He hinges have an exposed coil that would be super easy to pull apart to break in. Worse problem — it has no way to loop a cable and attach to a desk or shelf. So… useful little gadget in a home but too much of a toy as a medicine and valuables lock for a college dorm.

Its easy to open once you set up your fingerprint, hard to get into, safe to keep valuables, things I put inside fit because of the good size!

What a fantastic product. Have been using it for 3 days. keep it in anywhere in the house. Love it. Cash lying in the “open” without having to worry. A small mobile safe for the house for day to day expenses etc. good also for keeping wallet after work. The fingerprint scanner is very responsive. Instant open and close. All worries gone about hiding cash from the staff in the house. In fact the staff brings it to me when I have make any payment for daily expenses and couriers.

I ordered this to keep our prescription medication locked up. We have had for a couple of weeks and are really happy with it. It fits our purpose perfectly. It’s easy to use and holds multiple prescription bottles.

Easy to setup up, read the instructions and pay attention to the lights, added second fingerprint after, quick and simple. Ideal to keep things out of prying hands. Lid opens quite quickly so be prepared when it’s empty as will fall backwards. But when something is inside not a problem. Read the instructions twice they are plain and simple. Setting up the pin was a breeze. Don’t why people are having problems, good bit of kit.

Eigentlich sieht die Box ganz gut aus aber nicht wie beschrieben aus Metall sondern aus Kunststoff. Das geht gar nicht leider habe ich jetzt keine Zeit sie umzutauschen ich hoffe dass das geändert wird.
