am completely in love with these GOO GOO clip-in hair extensions! They are incredibly soft to the touch and feel amazing. Edited to update: Please note that this is not an issue WITH the product, but with the extensive DELAYS 8 have experienced, and continue to experience with AMAZON! After receiving this item, many days past the Amazon prime promise, and having to pay a fee for a late cancelation to rhe salon (I had an appointment for assistance in placing these set up for 2 days AFTER I was promised they would arrive, as I gave extra time for delivery due to COVID virus and delays that may cause...) When they STILL hadn't arrived I called Amazon Customer Service. I was TOLD that due to the circumstances, they would place a $10 gift card on my account. This conversation with an Amazon representative, took ppace on August 13th. This evening, my family was going to rent a video through Amazon Prime, a newer release, and i went to utilize my promised $10 gift card balance, but it was not on my account as promised. I used the chat feature to try and receive some resolution, thinking it may have been an oversight and easily remedied. Unfortunately, that was not the case. A different rep then told me it wasn't a gift card, but a "promo" for $10, that may be only used for an item made by Amazon and sold through Amazon.." they offered no help and terminated our conversation, when i asked for explanation as to why I was being told something completely different, akin to being hung up on! The past 5 of my 6 orders have arrived (despite the amazon prime promise on shipping times) anywhere from 5 days to 8 days late! This purchase was the final straw for me, as i had made no complaints previously. I am an individual that understands that sometimes "things just happen" but when I'm promised something, and Amazon refuses to honor their word, that is when 8 get frustrated! I have been paying for prime for some time now, but will be canceling it, since they are unable to honor their promises. Below, is the review for the product, which i had no complaints with as it was exactly as pictured and just what I wanted! I have been back and forth, and finally took the plunge!! I received mine later than what was originally indicated, which was a frustration, approximately 7 days past the "prime shipping date" which I paid a little extra, to choose an Amazon prime seller, but made no difference in the end, as the product arrived well past the stated date. These were a PERFECT MATCH! The product color was just as pictured as well! It took me all of 7 minutes to put in, after watching a brief tutorial on UTube, and actually only needed 6 of the 8 clips/wefts! I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the silicone band and clips, and had absolutely NO slippage! I was even able to pull my hair back in a ponytail too, with no clips or bands showing. Have had a TON of compliments.... Next time i will use a curling wand, which will help blend more, just was lazy today lol!!
