Wholesome Pride Sweet Potato Fries Healthy Dog Treats, 1 Ingredient, 8 oz

These have become my dogs favorite treats. She loves to chew on 2-3 before bed every night and have been great for her acid reflux. The fact that these are only one ingredient makes me feel better giving this to my girl.

I had a client give me a small bag of these because her dog couldn't have pumpkin. My two dogs loved them and because they are only pumpkin, they didn't bother their stomach. I read many reviews saying their product (from companies other than Amazon) arrived moldy. I purchased a large bag through Amazon and they were as fresh as can be. Much larger pieces in the large bag vs the small bags. I will purchase again.

We purchased these sweet potato dog treats from Amazon, and unfortunately, the quality is terrible. The treats are extremely dry and hard, to the point that our dog will not eat them. There is also a noticeable white film on the surface, which makes them look old or spoiled. Several months ago, we ordered five bags and ended up throwing all of them in the trash due to their poor condition. Recently, my wife ordered just one bag to see if the quality had improved. Sadly, it had not. The same dryness and white residue were present again. Our dog loves sweet potato treats, and years ago, these used to be soft and fresh. That is no longer the case. We will not be purchasing this product again. Unfortunately, Amazon does not allow returns even when the bag is unopened. Save your money and avoid this product. Jack T. 1-31-2026

I have a Dalmatian and it’s always a struggle to find healthy treats that aren’t loaded with protein she doesn’t need and that aren’t “grain-free” with peas, chickpeas, and other foods high in purines. So when I first saw these in a store, I was thrilled. Poppy loves them and I’ve been buying them for over a year. It doesn’t seem to matter where I buy them from, the quality is hit or miss. As others have commented, they can be perfect or need to go in the trash. The manufacturer needs to get a Quality Control department (or, if the batches are checked, then they need to figure out what’s going wrong from the time it leaves their facility to the time it arrives on my kitchen counter. My dog is happy to eat them dried up, chewy, cut up and floated as part of her dinner…. So I just keep buying them and as long as they’re not moldy or foul-smelling, we’ll use it.

I’ve started making dog food at home and decided to go to some healthier treats as well. My dogs love sweet potatoes, so these were a hit! Great value for the money!

The first package I purchased was so much better. The fries were thicker and had some “meat” to them. This package does not. It’s like they are over dried, just shriveled up, and very crunchy. Please go back to how you made them in the past. They were 5 stars!

I think this is a good price on these. You are used to get them at my local pet store, but they started getting too expensive. My dogs give these 8 paws up!! I like that they don’t have any preservatives. I feel good about giving them to the pups.

My dog loves these! Can't go a day without begging for more. The pieces are large so not recommended for a small dog. My German Shepherd breaks off pieces at a time. All natural is the only way we go.

I have a Bishon/Maltipoo mix and she loves sweet potato fries. They are soft and chewy for the dogs. This brand or at least my bag was not what they are supposed to be. When I took one out of the bag, it snapped in half. They are hard as a rock and dried out, even the moisture pouch inside is dried out and sounds like sand inside the pouch. Obviously this bag has been sitting quite awhile on the shelf. Ive bought many different brand of sweet potato for my dog and they have never looked or felt like this. Worst part is there is no expiry date on the bag, not one that I could see anyways. I recommend the seller check the bags and return the bad ones the the company. Its making you look bad for selling them in the first place. My 15 year old dog, going on 16 May 1, 2024 is not going to be eating this. She would eat them, but her gums wouldnt be happy with her
