I get terrible cramps in my legs in the middle of the night. The only cure for me was to hobble downstairs to get an ice pack and put that on my leg. Some of the worst charlie horses and pain ive ever been in. Sometimes i can tell before i lay down that i will have 1 that night. Muscles maybe cramp standing up or something. So now i let 4 of these dissolve under my tongue and i wont get any. I thought at first i maybe just wouldn't have gotten 1 that night anyway and i was giving credit to this product when in fact it had nothing to do with it. But no!! I went from having terrible cramps at least 2-3 times a week. To none since i started 6 months ago. It really works!! (For me)

I don't know how it works, but it does. I bought it to help with restless leg syndrome and it works like a charm when I take it right before bed. It also helps in general with insomnia, which is a nice side-benefit. Very pleased with this purchase and I've already ordered more. So psyched to discover this because over- the-counter sleep aids not only don't work (and I've tried nearly all of them) but they exacerbate restless leg syndrome. It's been a nightmare. I don't want to take prescription sleep aids, so this is (literally) a dream come true.
