You can also use after an oil change, but TECHRON recommends NOT to use more than twice during a new oil change. I use during the last 500 miles (whole bottle) on near empty tank & run the car until the reserve light comes on. Been using this for at least 20 years. If the car runs rough, you can pour in a bottle twice, like every 2,500 miles, or repeat the process, whichever you want to do. For best results, try & do as much highway driving after pouring in & make sure to drive at least 5-10 miles to get it up in the lines & all before turning the engine off. Since you're going to be at the gas station & pouring in before refilling the tank, this is a good time. Good Luck! **Q: What is the ratio of additive to fuel? Can it be used in nonethanol fuel?** A: 1 oz per 10 gallons. It can be used in nonethanol fuel. **Q: Can you reseal the 20 oz bottle and use the rest later?** A: You can't physically reseal the paper tab, but yes you can screw the cap back on & it will keep it sealed for later use.
