What's in the package? Why is the packaging different from reviews? And if it missed some item, what shall I do?

You could see the packing list from the attached video. From 2022 earlier, we changed the packing style. Only the carrying case is different. All our products are sent to FBA center as brand new through the strict security check by Amazon. But around 1% customer return goods will be defective or used one, so if you received the used one or it missed some parts. Please contact us for replacement.

In general, this obd2 scanner nt624elite can support it. Please follow this steps to diagnose: Click INJECTOR->CITROEN->SmartVIN->Get the VIN info.：C5(X7). Then you can perform the function you need. If you cannot find the correct menu or steps, please let us know via amazonsupport@foxwelltech.com

What's the difference of 2022 version and 2023 version of foxwell nt624elite?

Hi Customer,
As 2023 version, the biggest change is that we add 3 more reset functions with same price and cost after we listen to lots of the needs and voice of customers. The added New Functions are Battery registration/Injector coding/D, P, F regeneration. And the important thing is that these 3 new functions are free to get for customers who already have bought this car code scanner. The 2022 version is only 5 resets special function. 
How to get the new functions? Update method:
1. Open the update tool -- FoxAssist and sign in with your registered account and password.
2. Pull out the micro sd card (at the slot of the device), insert it into the card reader, and then insert the card reader(with micro card) into the computer.
3. Open FoxAssist and the SN(Serial Number)will be auto detected. Click “Activate”
4. Click “Download” choose the software needed, then click “Update”
5. Update completed. Please remove off the micro sd card from the card reader and insert it back into the slot of the scanner.
