My neighbor, who yearly visits relatives in the Seychelle Islands, brought me a tube of this gel (different brand) for joint or muscle pain, bruises, swelling. It is all natural, from the Arnica plant, and widely used in the Seychelles. We love this gel!!! it really helps arthritic knee pain, helps bruises to fade quicker, doesn't have an odor and actually reduced the swelling in an ankle sprain. Love this product. Make sure you're purchasing the 100% Arnica Gel, not the kind that has (literally) 15 added ingredients! Hope this helps someone.

I got a huge area very ugly bruising from hitting the tub wall with my leg trying to get into a tub shower.My bath mat slipped.I got this product the next morning and used it as directed. It was very easy to apply.It helped with the pain and soreness.It was amazing how quickly it worked. My bruise was gone in just a few days.

Arnica has always been a part of my Latina life LOL! So all I really have to say is that it works and it works great!! The smell is good with a gentle feel to the skin. It is none greasy and not sticky at all. It helps with the pain, bug bights, internal bruising and I have even used it on burns and it heals everything!!! My boys also use it for muscle soreness! Love it!!

The cream version seems to work better, but the gel is still effective pain relief. Application is easy, clean, and has a pleasant texture & scent.

Helps with healing bruises. I have to use it all the time, unfortunately. It doesn't work overnight, but must be applied several times a day.

I purchased this about 3 weeks ago with the hopes of it helping with bruising on my hands and arms. Used it twice a day and had no visible difference. Was really hoping it would help. Also it does have somewhat of a fragrance when you first apply to the skin, but goes away when it dries.
