I've been using this product for man years as a possible way to prevent gout attacks. Prior to using it, I had a couple of sever attacks per year. Since, perhaps one or two mild attacks in the past 6 years. I understand that diet and other factors could be the cause of the lower level of incidence, but perhaps it's the result of taking this supplement. regardless, I see it as a small price to pay to hold gout at bay. I take one pill per day with other supplements.

I have been taking GNC Black Cherry Concetrate capsules for about 15 years. It helps me to control Gout and the pain that goes with it. I take 2 capsules in the mornting and 2 at night. It seems to keep the attacks away. I don't know if this will work for everyone but I think its worth a try. I had some attacks the first year but they were mild. After that they just went away.I haven"t had any pain or problem in the last 9 years.
