Equate - Vagicaine, Anti-Itch Cream, 1 oz, Maximum Strength

This was the first time I had to use a product of this kind, so I didn't know what to expect. It was a bit messy to apply and didn't seem to cool the itch as quickly as I'd like on some applications. So I found applying a bit more did the trick. My nephew, who has sensitive skin had a rashes on his little bottom on each side and I decided to try it on him to see if it would stop him scratching. Not only did he stop scratching but it seemed to heal up the very same day. I noted the discoloration, bumps and other skin issues associated with the rash was clear by his second diaper change. GREAT STUFF! You just have to use a bit more than suggested and make sure to rub it in very good. For the price, this stuff is unbeatable!

I have bought this lotion from Walmart and it works very well but this tube seems to have separated. When I first squeezed some out, just a bunch of watery liquid came out. I shook it up and that helped but it still isn't very lotiony.

I actually purchased this for toenail fungus, after reading online that the active ingredient in it is more effective than some other over-the-counter and prescription products. At this price, I bought several tubes. It is working on the toenail fungus, and at this ridiculously low price, you are only paying for the shipping. My husband and I both have chronically itchy ankles, and we aren't sure of the cause, although we suspect it might be the same fungus that causes athlete's foot. This is much cheaper than athlete's foot remedies, and has a numbing effect that immediately stops the itching. It could also be used for other off-market applications, including hemorrhoids and rashes. Of course, you can also always use it for the problem it was originally created to treat.

The product was separated it into liquid and cream and must’ve been old or sat in the wrong temperature. Tried to mix it up and then the heavy cream clog the opening of the tube. So it shot out all over my mirror in the bathroom. Then I soaked it in hot water to try to get it to loosen up and to be able to mix it.

Good purchase

Just as good as the brand name. It does stain literally everything yellow, so be careful.

Excellent product; have used it for years.

Insanely overpriced.
