where can i get a replacement humidity dome for the 96 cloning box?

I am sorry. Robin: It is too difficult to just send a replacement dome this big and this light-weighted as it is too expensive in delivery cost. If there was a manufacturing defect on this dome, we could offer you a partial refund for it, which could allow you to purchase a small mini grow tents to control your temperature and humidity. BUT without dome or mini tent, the clone machine shall work all right.

I just wonder if work for Philodendron and Aroid?

I am not 100% sure if plants of this kind could be cloned in this system effectively. But if you want to try it, you might please get a 24 site (the smaller clone machine of HortiPots sells) to try. If they work great, you could come back for a big model like this 96 site.
