Very happy, so far crust has never stuck without greasing the pan and a light greasing worked for a frittata. Has made many quiche for us and is the right size.

Beautiful item. Like the depth very much. Wish I could find on that fits in my 6 qt airfryer. So far have made a crustless quiche in my microwave. Easy to clean.
