After reading this book, I am much more aware of how our thoughts effect our vibration and future. I hope humanity will evolve to leave violence and hate behind so that we have a better future.

I’m a hypnotherapist too and a lot of this seems like she is influencing the subjects. I’d be more impressed if that did not happen.

I've read a lot of books by Dolores Cannon and this is probably my favorite. There are a lot of powerful messages that come through the stories - one in particular is about the importance of raising our vibration/consciousness - thinking about universal, mind-expanding subjects and not getting bogged down in minutia or victim mentality. It was delivered in a way that really drove the message home. In general, reading her books helps me maintain a healthy perspective on life, our multidimensional reality, and how to trust, flow, and enjoy the ride.

Another winner from Dolores Cannon. I still feel "Keepers of The Garden" was more insightful and profound, but "Legacy from the Stars" is a further substantiation to "Keepers", "Starcrash" and other books detailing the origin of man, the universe, and creation.Dolores shares a number of regressed experiences that attempts to show what life on other planets and universes are like, and why these individuals have now chosen to incarnate on Earth. Blows the mind to realize how many of "us" are really "them" and how "they" are "us" and "they" and "us" are "we" and have been from Day 1. To understand what they and us is all about, and learn more about our stellar heritage, pick up this book. Why, we even get a glimpse of how our futureselves may already be a part of our presentselves and what we could have been before humans were even created.

I think all 19 of Dolores Cannon's books should be required reading for all humans. This book is no exception. It's fabulous. Read this. I recommend starting in the order Dolores wrote them but you can jump in where you feel inspired.

If you're a fan of Dolores' work then you wont be disappointed. Never been interested in ETs of UFO info until recently exploring You Tube and the wealth of information available there. Dolores' work answers some of those questions that you curious about and I cant think of any other source that covers it so well. In fact I find an awful lot of information coming through her books that I've previous read from Seth's (Jane Roberts) work, so not only does it kind of validate the information I already had, but simplifies it.

I have been reading the Dolores Cannon books for a while now and as I am reading this and collaborating with other information I'm finding this message everywhere.'Raise your vibration'This book explains a lot of the why, what kind of future do we want for our society and for our future.We are literally watching the planet and its people deteriorate and all we need to do is to raise our vibration to change it.I have never really spoke my mind prior to now.But especially now we need to let go of fear and replace this with love.Love after all conquers "all"Much love and enjoy your next read. 😊

Amazing testimonies from people who are ‘put under’. Gonna have to try this myself one day.Pity Dolores has passed over before I became aware of her talents, otherwise I’d have sought her out.Can anyone do the same here in Britain?

For those who have enjoyed Dolores’ ingressive exploration here is yet another book to enjoy. It is a valuable supplement to the main (humanity’s) untold story of where we come from and where we go to. The lover will rejoice and the malcontent will despise it.

Everytime I purchase a book from Dolores Cannon, I do so hoping to read in depth about the spirit realm and people's spiritual experiences while in hypnosis. But the books then go into aliens in great depth and I end up throwing the book. Won't be buying anymore as it seems a waste of money when I'm not interested in aliens. Sorry Dolores.

Only just found Dolores and she’s amazing .Her books give me hope that we continue our journeys after this life .
