will this work for a jeep tj 2003

It did on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler OEM hood.

How do i install this on a 2003 jeep wrangler? my fingers aren't long enough to hold the top clip over rectangular hole in hood

Not exactly sure the issue you are having. If I remember correctly, I had to remove the old piece with a pair of needle nose pliers and the new piece just pushed in until it locked into place. I don’t recall having to hold anything.

Hard to hold part a (female) in place, finger too big. try to push b into a, will not go in, tight fit. now what?

UNFORTUNATELY I'VE TRIED THREE DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING FUNCTIONAL AND JEEP DEALER IS ABOUT 75 MILES. A NICE METAL CLIP MAYBE?

I guess my hood is the rare one that doesn't fit the hole. It was too small. Do you have the larger option?
