Centrum silver multivitamins 50 plus is a very good vitamin I was ascribed this vitamin by my doctor because it has everything in it and you Don't have to buy several vitamins to get what you need.

I like this one the best, because there are no side effects, and I feel better when I take them, and easy to swallow.

Usually buy these from the supermarket on special. Happy to find them on Amazon at an even better price, and the 200-tablet bottle worked out even better.

Bought these to support myself and my immune system through my 50's. I found i was taking 3 hour naps every single afternoon because i was so uttelry exhausted and these are definitley helping in that regard. They are a good size, they are hard tablets, i found swallowing them easy, there was no taste i could detect and they have a wide range of vitamins included. I really like that they are purple, not sure why i like that but its just so different. I think they were good value. I paid £33.89 for 200 tablets which works out at 16p a tablet. A high quality product by a well known brand . Bought in January 2026, and expires in January 2027. Picture atttached of 2 tablets, one of each side so you can see what they look like. Will be buying again.
