Do these come with the sugar cube spoons?

No. But if you buy the Absinthe Liquor, some brands have the sugar cube spoon as a gift bonus with purchase.

Do these survive the absinthe being set on fire? Including when the flame is inside of the glass?

Really do not recommend setting absinthe on fire. While it’s certainly a pretty show when done successfully, it was never actually done in antiquity. It’s a myth created by Hollywood for visual effect and does nothing but damage the flavor of the spirit and potentially damage your glassware.
