I’ve been taking this collagen for about 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference in my hair and skin. My hair feels healthier and my skin is more healthy and youthful looking. I’ will update after a month. Drinking water is very important to for helping with overall healthy and appearance. The taste is actually good and reminds me of drinking a watered down peach jello. It smell nice, easy to drink, and overall waaaay better then trying to drink my Powder youth one I believe from skinny fit it’s called. I wanted to take this more than a few months before I wrote a review. I have been using this for 20 months and I love it. This is what I have noticed since I started taking it. 1. The taste leaves a lot to be desired. I have learned to hold my breath swallow it down and drink a gulp of coffee. Coffee definitely kills the taste 😁 2. My skin looks better. It's tighter and much smoother. 3. My hair is growing so much. I'm losing less and I have all these baby hairs around my face. I'm amazed. 4. My nails are growing like crazy. I have always had thin nails but now are stronger. I love this BeMe Wellness collagen and will continue ordering it. You will not really notice any improvement until about 6 months. This collagen is like any skin care or supplements it does not work overnight. You have to be consistent. The only think I don't like is it increased in price by a little over $2 dollars but that was only in the 20 months since I have been taking it so I'm letting it go. My opinion is to take for 6 months and judge for yourself. I really think you will be pleasantly surprised.
