I rarely write reviews but i just wanted to mention these garbage bags are perfect. I've purchased them like 5 times over I don't know how many years. I purchase 2 boxes at a time and the last time i did that it took us 18 months to go through them. We have a variety of small garbage cans around the house (bathrooms & bedrooms) for a family of 5. Most cans get emptied weekly. Anyways, the bags work great!! No problems whatsoever with handling garbage. In addition, we use them to store random items that I want a see-through. Like pillows or clothes or bedding. Really great bags!

I originally bought these for my Litter Robot 4. They work just as well as the manufacturer's bags, seem to be the same sort of plastic material, and they are clear, too. Once the bag is knotted I could not detect any smell. When I ran out of my usual 13 gal garbage bags for the kitchen waste basket, I used one of these. I fits the can like a glove! It slightly goes over the lip of the can, but there was barely any pulling on the bag! If you don't mind your bags being clear, these are perfect for that purpose. These bags were easy to tear off the roll. They aren't very heavy but they are very strong and thick. There is no stretch for tying, so be careful not to overfill. I did not experience any leaks. I'm super impressed with this product. I will be looking into buying more from this brand.

These bags are as advertised (except I might argue that they're very clear, not semi-transparent). Note a couple of the features that make them cost so much less than many of the other bags: They don't have ties built in, and are about half as thick as many of the higher priced bags. Still, the amount of trash in an 8 gallon bag doesn't seem to stress it out too much; so far, it hasn't broken but I've been careful. Some people might not like the clearness of the bag - if you don't have it inside of a trash bin, your trash is there for all the world to see. Or may not like the inconvenience of having to tie the bag edges to itself to close it securely (or use a twist tie, which is not included) - if you've filled it too full, you can't tie it. But the price is right, and I'll keep using them. Which is good, because I have 440 of these bags.

Bags are strong and do a good job

I've used the FORID 4 gallon bags for years without issue, and as with those, these 8 gallon bags are good quality and a good value.

Although these aren’t suitable for heavier garbage or sharp edged things, as are often in recycle items, they are fairly decent quality. I purchased these to use for bringing things back while crossing the US border when returning to Canada. Being clear they allowed the customs people to see what I had without them rummaging through everything. (They seemed to appreaciate the time it saved them as well as reducing what they had to handle.) The bags were strong enough to hold the weight of a fair amount of fabric; I think because it was soft and smooth. Repurposing some of the bags for light garbage worked just fine. When I tried to re use some for the recycle (papers only) they also worked. Trying to use both used and new for cardboard from frozen foods was touch and go. More often then not those. bags ended up with holes from the cardboard corners. I store my fabric in open, deep trays and slid these bags over the container to protect from dust. Much less expensive than same containers with lids plus it allowed me to see what’s in side. Current price was fair and product is decent for certain types of garbage and storage. I can recommend these bags with the pre mentioned things taken into consideration.

They are a bit smaller than the Glad Kitchen Catcher bags even though the measurements match. We will have to put something in the bottom of the can to support the bottom of the bag. The perforations are almost impossible to tear and I will most likely have to use scissors to help. We bought them because our local garbage regulations force using clear bags.

Too small, too weak for the average North American kitchen garbage. Suitable for small business waste paper basket liners... maybe.
