I bought the O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Night Treatment for severely dry heels with cracks, and it really does work. The texture is super thick, but it absorbs surprisingly well and doesn’t feel greasy once it sinks in. I didn’t notice any scent, which I appreciate in a nighttime product. I use on my hands, legs and feet. Hands and legs are constantly dry. This helps big time. Easy to use and not greasy. Stays on pretty good if your in water after applying. Cuticle's stay soft too.

The O'Keefe's is so great. It doesn't leave a heavy feeling, works great. Has a very very light lavender scent. Both the hand cream and foot cream are great.

I have tried for years to find cream that will cut through the thick callouses on my big toe and heel. I use a grinder, and that helps, but they still dry out, and at times, crack and hurt. This O'Keeffe's is CRAZY EFFECTIVE! It smooths my feet after one and better after two uses. I use it every night. I also put it on my elbows because it is so good at softening. Great for the palms of my working hands. Sad that it took me so long to find it.

As the warmer weather is here, I spend a lot of time barefoot in my backyard and gardens. I noticed my heels were cracking, so I purchased this and after ONLY ONE NIGHT of treatment, the cracks were closed and much much softer. I cannot recommend this enough, I am so impressed.

I really like the product itself and it works well as an overnight foot treatment, but the tube design makes it frustrating to use. The cream is very thick, which is great for hydration, but extremely hard to squeeze out. Pros • Very effective for dry, cracked feet • Thick, rich texture that actually stays on overnight • Noticeable softness after consistent use • No strong or unpleasant smell Cons • Tube is very difficult to squeeze • Product is too thick for this type of packaging • Hard to control the amount, especially when the tube is half empty Suggestions for Improvement Switching to a jar, pump, or softer tube would make a huge difference. The formula itself is great, but the current packaging takes away from the overall experience.
