These fit the flanges perfectly and they hold a little more than 5oz if needed. I have not had any issues with leaking and they seem to hold up well on the go. My only complaint is that I used pen on the lid to label the date and it did not come off clean as the description says. I just use them to pump and then pour into bags anyways but that feature was misleading.
