Gold handles, silver-colored blades
These scissors were purchased as a gift; therefore, I have not used them though they appear to be well made, and they fold and unfold easily. My only complaint is that in the picture the blades appear to be black and the handles gold-colored -- a combination I wanted for this gift. In reality, the blades are silver-colored. The seller was kind enough to make an adjustment and promised to change the accompanying picture.

Great scissors for travel
These are great. I had one for a few years until security at a Chinese train station took them (no scissors allowed on the train), however I had carried them on planes many times without issue. They are really good scissors too. They work well, so this time I bought 2; 1 gold and 1 silver.

Handy, Useful and Sharp!
I love these scissors! I like the convenience of having a sharp, sturdy pair of scissors as close as my pocket. They open and close easily and cut all the way from hinge to tip. I love the fact that they are made in the U.S.A. I can't count the number of times that I have made use of them.

but the scissors are crucial - these are wonderful, worth the price
solid, real scissors, that just happen to fold. I always carry a small sewing kit, but the scissors are crucial - these are wonderful, worth the price!

Five Stars
Great scissors. Blades are tight and sharp. I keep them in my knitting bag. Highly recommended.
