Can i wash this rug in the washer machine ?

TBH I wouldn't. But I do vacuum it and it vacuums just fine

1/2 the reviews say it sheds the other 1/2 says it does not. Which is it?

My rugs (I bought 2) did not shed at all. I have washed and dried them and they still look gorgeous and so soft. My 2 pups love them. Hope this helps.
