The š EXACT same thing happened to me too‼️ I ordered mine on January 6th, 2023. Today is FEBRUARY 26, 2023, and I STILL have not received mine!! It says “Running Late” on my order status! I’ve tried contacting the seller to no avail. This is RIDICULOUSLY PATHETIC‼️‼️‼️This seller needs to be investigated‼️‼️‼️

Can you confirm that the item is 16.93 inches tall? My cabinets sit at exactly 17 inches.

The item is 16&7/8" tall at the center of the back (tallest point). If your upper cabinets are 17" from the top of the counter top, and have a gap of 2-3" between the ice machine and the backsplash, You are good to go! Meaning, If you push the unit all the way against the backsplash (without a 2-3"gap) you will be limiting how far you can open the door to receive ice to about 5&1/2". We really enjoy this Ice Maker.

are you supposed to fill with a certain kind of water?
