Absolutely IN LOVE with this pillow. I'm 4 months pregnant and just recently started having terrible back/neck pain when I wake up, not to mention tossing and turning all night. I have only slept on it once but it was the best sleep I've had in over 2 weeks. It's also super comfy to sit with on the couch and watch TV or play video games. Be advised you may have some upset animals if they are used to cuddling you lol.When I first took it out I was nervous it wouldn't be full enough.. One day later and its plump looking and cozy. The navy cover feels like an amazingly nice jersey/cottony material, perfect if you get toasty because it doesnt overheat you. The zipper goes down much farther on the sides than I thought but it's really nice they give you coverage to tuck the zippers away so you aren't scratched. I'm 5'2 and to cover my feet, I should've ordered the next longer size*Con* = Mine is NOT contoured at all. Just a plain U shape.

UPDATE:Changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I contacted the seller and they send me a replacement cover free of charge. Best customer service! Don’t hesitate to purchase this pillow.I bought this pillow back in April, but did not use it until 2 months ago. I only use this pillow to sleep at night so it has gone through very minimal use. I took the outside covers off to put it in the wash for the first time and was very surprised to see that the pillow was torn. The cover itself does not have any damages and the pillow has not gone through heavy usage to cause this level of damage. My return window has already passed, so I guess I am stuck with a damaged pillow.

Why do they only recommend pregnancy pillows to pregnant women? THIS PILLOW IS A GAME CHANGER!!! I was tossing and turning all night; not getting any sleep until this pillow arrived. It arrives super small in a small box and you have to let it lay out for 48 hours. I only laid it out for 24 hours because I was impatient and the fullness was still great.You can use it as your main pillow at the top, but I didn’t feel like there was enough cushion. I normally sleep on two pillows, so I placed my pillow on top of it.This must be what being in the womb feels like. You are hugged from the back no matter which way you are cuddling with it. I sleep one leg through one side and between my legs and then with my arm under kind of holding it on one side and I do not move all night.. well until 2am when I have to use the bathroom from the pressure of the baby lol. My cat is constantly trying to cuddle with me in it and there is just no room.The sleeve to go over the pillow is nice that you can remove it to wash. The material of the slip cover is super breathable and not hot. I have been sleeping hot lately. I got the slate blue color and it’s true to color. It holds up its shape after you sleep in it all night. It is just the right firmness, not too firm but not too squishy.I completely recommend this to anyone with round ligament pain like I have been having and pelvic discomfort. It eases the pain. 10/10!

This product is excellent! I got the 55inch and am 5ft tall. I used to wake up at night several times from intense hip pain and/or would thrash around the bed throughout the night restricting deep sleep. I use over the counter pain meds and chiropractor but this pillow tops it! Because it can apply immediate effects! It provides great support all around and is comfy! An added plus, my cats and little dog (chiweenie) have to squeeze in the U-shape with me for the most comfy sleep ever! At my current time in pregnancy with the previous hip problems, as noted above, I am very thankful this type of pillow was invented! I recommend it to anyone, pregnant or not!

Bought this after much comparison with others in amazon. I followed other reviews and got the regular size, but wish I would have gotten the longer one, even though I'm only 5'3. I like my pillows super firm, and this is kinda firm, just not as firm as my king size pillows. So I still use my four regular pillows a lot with this pillow for the extra support I desire. I wasn't super comfortable using this to side aleep, but with my carpal tunnel and leg edema this pillow has been a godsend to keep me propped up in an almost sitting position to sleep comfortably. The pillow is holding up well, but noticed that the case seam is a little loose after two months, hoping it holds for the next 5 months!
