Great product! At 74 my day to day cognition is great as well as recall memory! Feel blessed to have found this product!

I didn't have any noticeable improvement to my memory or focus, so this didn't seem to do much for me. I've never really had any memory or concentration issues, so maybe this would work better for people who do. If it did anything at all, it would've been a very minimal improvement, so not very effective for me. The capsules were easy enough to swallow, not much of a taste to them. I didn't notice any side effects. I did tend to sleep a bit better while taking these, not sure if that could be a result of any of the ingredients in this or not. This was the first supplement I've tried with NeuroFactor and Neumentix in it. It may be one of those supplements that take a while for the benefits to become apparent. It's a bit expensive for only a 30 day supply, but compared to other supplements with similar brain support ingredients, it's a decent value.

Good increase in daily focus. I always like a product where I can chill. Tell difference is almost immediately in my day-to-day activities. Especially when it relates to my mental focus through the day when I'm dealing with people or working on the projects that require extra brain power. This was one of those products. Taste is fine no pain relief issues with the product but that was not an issue for me. Focus was improved along with a little bit of energy level. This is a pretty decent value for your money as it is to use.

If you have difficulty swallowing pills, this supplement is not for you. The serving size for this supplement is four pills per day! The pills are capsules and slightly larger than most other supplements that I have tried. I tried these for a couple of weeks, breaking up the dosage throughout the day but the second pill always felt stuck in my throat. Since I do take different supplements daily, I found it hard to get all four pills in every day so I cannot recommend the supplements for cognitive improvement.

My wife is very concerned about her brain as she ages because of family history (her mother and her grandmother), so she has been learning about ways to keep it healthy for as long as possible. She wanted to try this supplement because it contains ingredients to promote BDNF and memory, focus, etc. She has only taken it for a few days, but she already feels that it is having positive effects on her thinking. The capsules have a mild to moderate but not off-putting odor. Although the dose is four capsules, they are small and easy to swallow, and she appreciates that they do not contain fillers. She's also impressed by the company's apparent commitment to quality and testing, and she loves that these are vegan and made in the USA.
