I needed to prefill syringes for a trip but had a hard time finding caps that were sealed. These are perfect. It’s been a few weeks since I used them and no issues whatsoever.

i use these to cap off my injection meds. i use a vial access cap and this keeps it sterile.

These are as good as it gets for caps. Sterile and individually wrapped, unlike most/all of the others I've found on Amazon. It's nice that they fit male and female ends of the luer lock, so you can have a prefilled syringe on the go. Syringe on one side with a needle attached to the other end, without any chance (within reason) of it squirting or leaking in your pocket or elsewhere. Very handy if you ever need a syringe loaded and ready to go, or want to prefill amounts ahead of time in a neat and tidy package.Their only con is their price, they cost 10+ times as much as other caps on a cap-to-dollar ratio, but they're still inexpensive overall, and the best usually comes with a price.

I needed a sterile cap and was so happy to see this one show up because it was literally a nightmare trying to get any of these from the pharmacy or the medical supply business that Dad’s insurance allowed. They are needed in caring for nyphrostomy patients, etc. so these places need to get their act together. Really happy when the sterile ones finally showed on Amazon.
