My bottle was not sealed. What should I do next

Can this be used in the nose say through a neti pot

Possibly. I will say that I had the same thought and did flush my sinuses with the ammount directed to gargle with when i had a respiratory infection. It did work in clearing the inflammation and eliminated my sinuspressure/headache. Having said that, I am not a doctor, and it is not intended for this use, but use your best judgement.

Is the bottle cap supposed to be safety sealed or shrink wrapped? Mine wasn't, although my box was sealed.

A: I called the number on the box to ask the same question and they transferred me first to a medical specialist, then to a pharmacist. She said No, the bottle is not sealed, so as long as the box seal itself is not tampered with then the product should be ok. She also said that since they have received so many calls about it, starting next year (in 2023) they are going to start sealing the bottles too.
